This DMCA Policy ("Policy") describes the procedures Arrived has established under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the "DMCA") for responding to claims that material posted on or made available through the Arrived application, the Arrived website at arrivedglobal.com, the Arrived partner portal at partners.arrivedglobal.com, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") infringes the copyright of any person or entity.

This Policy applies to all users of the Services, including members and venue partners. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Notices of Claimed Infringement

If you believe in good faith that material available through the Services infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to act on behalf of, you may submit a written notification of claimed infringement (a "Notice") to Arrived's designated agent at the address listed above. Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your Notice must include substantially the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to permit Arrived to locate the material (such as the URL or other specific location within the Services);
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit Arrived to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• A statement that the information in the Notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Important: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner's authorized licensee, or by Arrived. Please consider carefully before submitting a Notice.

Response to Notices

Upon receipt of a Notice that substantially complies with the requirements set forth above, Arrived will:

• Expeditiously remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing;
• Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user who posted the material that the material has been removed or access disabled; and
• Retain a record of the Notice in accordance with applicable law.

Notices that do not substantially comply with the DMCA's requirements may not be acted upon. Arrived reserves the right to seek clarification or additional information from the complaining party before acting on a Notice.
