Arrived is not a membership you hold. It is a room you help define.
Every person who walks through the door carries the weight of the room with them — its quality, its discretion, its atmosphere. There is no policy that can manufacture what makes an Arrived venue extraordinary. That comes from the people inside it.
These standards exist not as rules, but as a reflection of what the right people already understand.
I. Presence
Arrived members are present — not performing. The room is not a stage. It is not a backdrop for content. It is not an opportunity to be seen.
It is a place to be here. Fully, quietly, and with intention.
Be where you are. The room rewards those who arrive without agenda. Your presence in an Arrived venue is a signal to every other member that the room is worth being in. Honor that.
II. Discretion
What happens in the room stays in the room.
- The identities, conversations, and connections made within Arrived venues and through Read the Room Technology are private.
- Members do not publicly disclose who they encountered, what was discussed, or what introductions were made — unless explicitly invited to do so by the other party.
- Screenshots, recordings, or any capture of Arrived notifications, profiles, or in-app content is strictly prohibited.
- The names and details of fellow members are never shared outside the room without their express consent.
Discretion is not a restriction. It is the foundation of trust — and trust is the foundation of every room worth entering.
III. Respect
Every member has earned their place. Treat them accordingly.
- Arrived is a space of mutual recognition, not hierarchy. Every person in the room has been invited for a reason.
- Harassment, discrimination, aggression, or intimidation of any kind — toward members, venue staff, or anyone within the Arrived ecosystem — will result in immediate review and potential removal.
- Respect extends to the venues themselves. Arrived partner venues have committed to an exceptional standard on your behalf. Meet that standard in return.
IV. The Invitation
Membership in Arrived is extended, not applied for. This distinction matters.
- Your invitation was made possible by someone whose judgment we trust. Your conduct reflects on them.
- Extending an Arrived invitation to others is a privilege that carries weight. Recommend only those who embody the values of the room.
- Selling, transferring, or misrepresenting an Arrived membership is grounds for immediate and permanent revocation.
V. The Room
Arrived partner venues are embassies — not nightclubs, not offices, not showrooms.
- Treat every venue as though you were invited to someone's home. Because, in a meaningful sense, you were.
- Excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, or conduct unbecoming of the room will not be tolerated.
- Venue staff are partners in the Arrived experience. They are to be treated with the same respect afforded to any member.
- The Arrived mark on a venue door means something. Do not be the reason it is reconsidered.
VI. Connection
Read the Room Technology exists to make introductions feel inevitable — not transactional.
- Arrived is not a networking tool. Do not treat it as one. There is no pitch in the room. There is no sell.
- When an introduction is made, receive it as what it is: an intelligent recognition that two people in the same room share something worth discovering.
- If a connection does not resonate, let it pass gracefully. Not every introduction becomes a conversation. Not every conversation becomes a relationship. The room understands this.
- Unwanted or repeated contact through the Arrived platform after a connection has been declined is a violation of these standards.
VII. Privacy & Technology
Read the Room Technology is built on a foundation of privacy by design.
- Your data belongs to you. Arrived will never sell, share, or expose member information to third parties without explicit consent.
- Members are expected to uphold the same commitment. Do not attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer information from the Arrived platform.
- Location data, presence signals, and connection intelligence exist solely to serve the room. They are felt, not seen — and they must remain that way.
VIII. Accountability
Arrived reserves the right to review, suspend, or permanently revoke any membership that fails to uphold these standards.
- Reports from fellow members, venue partners, or Arrived staff will be taken seriously and reviewed with care.
- The severity of the response will be proportional to the nature of the conduct — but the threshold for action is low. The room cannot afford ambiguity.
- There are no appeals to public opinion. Decisions regarding membership are made privately, with discretion, and are final.
- Revoked members will not be eligible for reinstatement.
These standards are not a burden. They are a privilege.
To be held to a higher standard is to be recognized as someone capable of meeting it. Every member of Arrived has already demonstrated, through a life lived at the highest level, that they understand what it means to walk into a room and elevate it.
We simply ask that you continue.
Not every door has a handle. But the ones worth opening ask something of you before you walk through.
Arrived. Your presence precedes you.
