How do I join?

Arrived is invitation-only. Every member is personally referred, then reviewed by our Membership Committee before an invitation is sent. There are no applications and no open signups. If you have an invitation, choose I've Been Invited on the opening screen.

Who can be a member?

Members must be 21 or older and complete identity verification. Every member agrees to our Member Standards & Code.

I can't get into my account.

Write to arrive@arrivedglobal.com from the email address on your membership and we'll restore access.

How does the app know I've arrived?

It doesn't, until you tell it. Nothing is automatic. When you want the room to know you are there, you press Arrive. Until you do, no other member can see you. You can step out at any time, and your presence is only ever shown to members in the same room.

What is Arrived Cash?

Credit loaded to your membership each month, spendable only in partner rooms. Anything you don't spend rolls over and adds to the following month. It does not convert to cash.

What is Allow Me?

A way to send a drink to another member across the room. They accept, choose from the venue's menu, and it arrives at their table. Allow Me is available in partner rooms as we bring them into The Collection, beginning in San Francisco.

A room I love isn't listed.

Nominate it in the app, or write to venues@arrivedglobal.com. The map is built by the people who fill it.

How do I change or cancel my membership?

Open You → Settings → Subscription, or write to arrive@arrivedglobal.com. Cancelling stops future billing; your membership runs to the end of the paid period.

How do I delete my account?

Open You → Settings and choose account deletion, or write to arrive@arrivedglobal.com. We remove your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

How do I report a member or a problem?

Use the report control in the app, or write to arrive@arrivedglobal.com. We review every report. Conduct that breaches our Member Standards ends a membership.
